You do not need to return the platters.

Chef $210.00 (4 hours)
Waitperson $49.00 p/h (min 4 hours)

10% surcharge.
Equipment hire
The client will make payment directly to the hire company via credit card payment.
Breakages
All breakages are to be paid for by the client.

Deposit
A 50% deposit of the total food costs is required 2 weeks prior to the function date.
Cancellations
Changes can be made up to 48 hours prior to function date.
All functions can be cancelled within 7 days prior and will receive a full refund on any deposit already made.
Cancellations made within the 7 day period may be subject to a late cancellation fee
Payment
Can be made as a direct deposit cheque or cash
Quotes
All quotes provided are valid for 3 months.
